Hello moonbouncers,
There was very nice CW activity during ARRL contest this year (on all bands except 2m from US) and it is unfortunate I did not have a lot of free time for it.
I also “worked” JT65 logger eme (I thought: who is going to find out anyway??) and apart from constant chatter I also found JAMMING.... a lot of Jamming, even from its own creator!!?
Check a small part of it from N0UK logger:
11/19 17:04 VE3KH you being jammed by K1JT and W6YX (W7IUV Larry WA DN07dg 216.215.40.193)
11/19 17:05 Why Larry .... they on 142 also? (VE3KH Kevin ON FN03aj 24.141.203.45)
11/19 17:06 They are calling me to get a contest poitn and it ain't gonna happen!! (W7IUV Larry WA DN07dg 216.215.40.193)
11/19 17:08 Thansk Larry 73 ... Yes, I have been jumped by a quite a few stations (VE3KH Kevin ON FN03aj 24.141.203.45)
11/20 17:47 Also hr k1jt calling me -22 but not ans him (KN4SM/5WL/KW Jerry VA FM16qt 24.241.251.86)
11/20 18:02 Contest = reduced courtesy! (K5DOG/2M Stevedog NM DM52xw 65.127.140.122)
11/20 18:04 Yes, K1JT and W3SZ can hear on gold tooth. (K5DOG/2M Stevedog NM DM52xw 65.127.140.122)
One thing I wouldn’t regret missing on EME is JAMMING!!!

I have this QRO-amplifier for sale but because of the weight and size, only local pickup is possible.
Think ít´s only interesting for amateurs located in Sweden.
It is advertised on:

Hi Folks,
I bought this powersupply SNT Emerson BML 231 204/5
It is standard set to 54Vdc output and contains a fiber optical interface.
No further adjustments at all.
Is there any-1 who has experience with this kind of powersupplies and configured it down to 48Vdc?
Met vriendelijke groet,
Jan Pa0PLY
Hello Moon-Bouncers,
The container that I send from China with some personal stuff has arrived at my home, in it I also put some mesh dish antenna's to fill up some left spaces ;-)
These are professional antenna's from COMSTAR brand, I have a few ST-10 type (3.0m) and ST-12 type (3.7m) available.
Specs can be found on internet, e.g at:
http://www.lextech.com.sg/OnlineDoc/36-Comstar%20MD.pdf
The ST-10 I have available for 750 Euro
The ST-12 I have available for 1500 Euro
The price turn out a little higher than I estimated before, mainly due to the many charges when it entered European land.
All antenna's are new and still in the box, as it came from the factory.

In the next days, it will be very interesting for small stations like mine
to see how they receive the beacon at -3 dB output. We could have a
surprise....
A big thank to the ON0EME team for all the efforts

The ON0EME 1296 moonbeacon will not be operational on the next moon pass.
Today we are taking out the two amplifier bricks for re-work. Tomorrow one
spare PA will be installed with the new PCB material and the beacon will
test this new brick for a few days. At this test the beacon power output
will be -3 dB. Early next week the second amplifier will be installed and
combined, at that moment we will be at nominal power again.

I have applied to get an increase in 432 transmit power raised from the
the Arizona limit of 50 watts.
Once that occurs, it is time to put together the rest of my 432 station.
However, I have been watching the PinkJockey EME and other sites and
have not seen any hint of 432 EME activity in the last month or so.
If the activity is non-existent, maybe it would not make sense to build
up a 432 station after all.
Comments please, from anyone who may be active on 432 MHz EME.

I am very sad to hear of the passing of F6FHP. I worked Joel many times on EME, and our last
last QSO was in the DUBUS CW EME contest 31.March 2012. It was always a pleasure to work
you Joel and we have lost a great operator and a big signal. We will all miss you Joel.
My sincere condolences goes to your family.
Rest In Peace my friend.
Jorgen, OZ1HNE.
We had a relaxed day. Bought some stamps at the post office (this
operation took about half an hour. It seems they never sell stamps)
and we also made some QSO's on short wave. Just killing the time. Nice
to work some well known EME-stations on 20 meters JT65a too!
It's getting tough to work new ones. Everyone seems to have worked us
by now. QSO rate is getting low. We can't help that so many customers
are satisfied...
At the end of this day (we made 16 QSO's on two meters), our total now
is 291 QSO's on 144 MHz and 9 QSO on 432 MHz.
So today we broke the East African record. 5Z4EME (Atleticoteam Kenya
2009) worked 282 inits. This means that this DXpedition is our 3rd
best. We celebrated this with some gin tonic.
We will be QRV tomorrow from moonrise to moonset (as long as there are
customers and we don't have important other duties) on 144.134 MHz,
5X1EME 1st.
We uploaded the log, see http://www.emelogger.com/uganda under log.

Dear friends,
We went this afternoon, F6CIS, F6BKI, F6CBC and I, pay a last tribute to our friend Joel for his funeral.
We sent to his family your messages of sympathy.
I know Joel for over 40 years.
We made several expeditions in our youth for VHF contests and we had in permanence many technical exchanges.
Our community lost a great dxman and a very good technician.
In Bordeaux, we lose a close friend.
Le Réseau des Emetteurs Français (REF), which he was a member, honors him.
Adieu Joël.
